LASAGNE JACKETS TRAYBAKE

Ingredients

  • 4 large Nanna Tate potatoes
  • 4 tbsp BĂ©chamel sauce (make your own or shop bought is fine)
  • 4 tbsp bolognaise sauce (your own recipe the way you like it)
  • 30g mozzarella, grated
  • 30g Cheddar, grated
  • 30g parmesan, grated
  • Spray oil
  • Salt

    BAKE YOUR TATES

    Preheat oven to 180oC / Fan 160oC / Gas 4.

    Prick potatoes a few times with a fork and place in a baking dish. Spray each potato with a few sprays of oil and sprinkle with salt, place the tray in the oven to bake for around 60-80 minutes, or until tender and cooked through.

    LOAD ‘EM UP & BAKE

    Cut the potatoes down the middle to open, not fully in half. Put 1 tbsp of bolognaise sauce into each potato, put 1 tbsp of Béchamel on top of the bolognaise, evenly top each potato with the cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan. Pop the potatoes back into the oven for 15-20 minutes and bake until golden and oozy.
