Ingredients
- 400g Nanna Tate Super Scrumptious Mash
- 40g butter
- 40g flour
- 400ml whole milk
- 150g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 150g mozzarella, grated

MAKE A SAUCE
Preheat the oven to 180oC / Fan 160oC / Gas 4.
Heat the butter in a saucepan until just foaming then add the flour and cook for a minute or so. Whisk in the milk in batches until smooth, then add most the cheese and whisk until completely melted.

MIX & BAKE
Mix the cheese sauce with the mash then place in an ovenable dish. Top with the rest of the grated cheese then cook for 30 minutes until golden.
Serve hot and gooey, with bread and picky bits for dipping.
