Ingredients

  • 3 medium/large Nanna Tate potatoes
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt & pepper

Let’s get cooking!

    Cut & coat

    Wash the potatoes (no need to peel) and cut into chips around 1cm thick. Sprinkle with cornflour and paprika and mix until the chips are evenly coated, then toss in the oil and season with salt & pepper.

  • Step 2 of 2

    cook, shake & serve

    Cook in the air fryer for around 20 minutes at 190 degrees, shaking the basket halfway through for an even cook.
