Ingredients
- 3 Calabrian hot pepper pork sausages (or spicy sausage of your choice)
- 300ml chicken stock
- 600g Nanna Tate potatoes
- 400g green beans
- 200g mushrooms
- 4 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste

Prep Your Stew
Cut sausages into thin slices. Cut potatoes into small cubes. Top and tail the green beans. Cut mushrooms into quarters. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and mix well.

Low & Slow
Cover and cook for 4 hours or until potato is tender.
