Ingredients
- 1 pack of Nanna Tate Super Scrumptious Mash
- 500ml of veg stock (hot)
- 1 pack of spinach
- 50g frozen peas (steamed for 5 minutes to cook)
- 1 avocado (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 1 tbsp crème fraiche
- Fresh herbs & seasoning to taste

Heat the mash as per the pack instructions.

Blitz time
Add all ingredients (except crème fraiche) to a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to soup bowls and garnish with a dollop of crème fraiche and a sprinkle of fresh herbs as preferred for added flavour and colour.
