Ingredients
• 1 pack of Nanna Tate Super Scrumptious Mash
• 100g plain flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• Knob of butter

Open the pack of mash and put into a large mixing bowl, break up a little. Sieve the flour and baking powder into the mash. Mix thoroughly with your hands to combine everything and shape into a large round doughball. Flatten into a large circle around 2cm thick (making sure it will fit into your frying pan). Cut into four quarters.

cooking time
Heat a non-stick frying pan over a low to medium heat with a knob of butter and the oil. Carefully transfer the potato farls into the frying pan. Leave to cook and form a light crust for around 10 minutes. Gently turn over the farls and cook the other side for around 5 minutes.

Serving up
Great sprinkled with whatever toasted seeds you have like sunflower, pumpkin and chia. Serve warm as part of your favourite brunch.
