Ingredients
- 2 large Nanna Tate potatoes
- 100g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 20g butter
- 6 pigs in blankets
- 100ml gravy of choice
- Spray oil
- Salt & pepper to taste

PREP & PARBOIL
Peel the potatoes and place in a large saucepan with cold water. Bring to the boil and cook for 10 mins. Drain and cover to steam dry for 5 minutes. Rough up the surface on the outside in a colander. Spray liberally with oil and season with salt and pepper.

AIR FRY
Set your air fryer to 180°C and add the potatoes. Cook for 40-45 minutes, giving a gentle shake half way through.

READY YOUR FILLINGS
Cook the pigs in blankets according to pack instructions and heat the gravy.

FILL & SERVE
Once the potatoes are golden brown and cooked through, cut lengthways down the potato like you would a jacket, add the butter and fork into the potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes and put back in the air fryer for one minute to melt.
Serve with the cooked pigs in blankets on top and gravy poured over.
