Ingredients

For the potatoes

  • 1 pack of Seriously Crispy chips
  • 200ml gravy – you can use your own home made, shop- bought ready-made or instant, whatever you like
  • 200g mozzarella, torn into small bite-size pieces
  • chives (optional), finely snipped

Let’s get cooking!

    The chips

    • Cook the chips according to the pack instructions.

  • Step 2 of 3

    Add seasoning

    • When it comes to add the seasoning, add half of the mozzarella and shake to coat with seasoning and mix in the mozzarella. Get your gravy hot and ready. Dish up half the chips, add half the gravy and half the mozzarella, repeat so you get nice layers of chips, gravy and gooey mozzarella.

    Finishing touches

    Sprinkle the finely snipped chives over the top for a pop of freshness. Serve immediately and savor the perfect balance of crispy, cheesy, and savory goodness in every bite.
