golden goose fat air fryer roasties

Ingredients

  • 2 large Nanna Tate potatoes
  • 2 tbsp goose fat, melted
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Spray oil

    PREP & PAR-BOIL

    Peel the potatoes, chop into chunks and place in a saucepan with cold water. Bring to the boil and cook for 10 mins. Drain and cover to steam dry for 5 minutes. Rough up the surface on the outside in a colander. Spray liberally with oil, add cornflour and season with salt and pepper, mix to coat the potatoes.

    AIR FRY

    Set your air fryer to 180°C and add the potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes, pour the melted goose fat over the potatoes and gently shake to coat. Cook for a further 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
